Peter Remedios
Mr. Remedios is the President and Managing Principal of Remedios Siembieda Inc. based in Long Beach, California. He brings with him over 20 years experience and expertise in the field of hotel and resort design and is a Certified Designer in the State of California.
Over the years, Mr. Remedios has designed both city and resort hotels throughout Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East, the United States and Europe and has collaborated with most of the major high profile hotel groups including Aman Resorts, Hyatt International, Rafael (Mandarin Oriental), Regent, Shangri-La, Four Seasons & St. Regis (Starwood) Westin, Sheraton, Oberoi, Hilton amongst others as well as many of the most respected architectural firms.
Mr. Remedios has helped garner a reputation for innovation and creative design. He displays an infectious passion for design and directs, mentors and motivates the highly creative design team at R.S. to achieve excellence. Mr. Hellmuth joined HOK in 1991 and serves as Senior Principal and Design Director of HOKâs Washington, D.C., office. With 25 years of design experience.
Mr. Hellmuth has achieved a reputation with clients and within the profession for architectural creativity and excellence through superlative client service and a noteworthy portfolio of local, regional, national and international projects.
Incorporated in 1955 as Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum Inc. HOK Group, Inc. is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the United States, employing 1,600 professionals in offices located in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Well before the U.S. Green Building Council developed the LEED green building rating system, HOK developed sustainable checklists by phase and topic. These resources served as the foundation for one of the design professionâs pivotal textbooks: The HOK Guidebook for Sustainable Design was published in 2000 by John Wiley & Sons.

HOKâs retail team developed and programmed the retail areas at Dubai Marina, the worldâs largest planned waterfront community.
 Phase One is now complete with hotel, office, recreational, and residential uses. The retail mix includes cinemas, restaurants, cafes and high-end shops. When fully complete, Dubai Marina will accommodate 100,000 people in 10 distinct communities, representing a significant captive retail market. Located along the three-kilometer-long canal, the retail spaces were designed with sensitivity to the climate, retail type, lease flexibility and tenant identity. Phase 2 will add 2.8 million square feet of mixed-use facilities.

Luca Trazzi
Born in Verona on November 10th,1962. In 1987 he completed a degree in architecture in Venice where he became assistant architectural composition, and wins the prize Carlo Scarpa.
Worked fourteen years with Aldo Rossi of which he was close associate and assistant, taking care of important projects of architecture and design including the establishments of Gruppo Finanziario Tessile Turin, the palace of congress in Milan, the City Center in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, retraining of the Kursaal of Montecatini (casino, theater, offices, shops and apartments) and the residential area âThe Courtâ in Verona (offices, shops and apartments).
In 1993, he inaugurated his own design and architecture studio. In 2000 he joined designboom and became co-CEO. And currently he is planning the new chain of coffee shops for âillyâ supermarkets and trade-centers for âsparâ, the chain of megastores âmessaggerie musicaliâ and has realized concepts for avirex, fiorucci and mash.
He designs for: illy, swatch, francisfrancis!, viceversa, guzzini, kreon, martini, alfi, wmf, fiorucci, mazzega, pedrini, zucchetti robotics, porsche.

A capsule, a machine, expressed as a bar at home.
A complete mining group that works in two stages. With the iperinfusione, high pressure and a level playing field and enhance the most optimal aroma and body of coffee. With the emulsion, passing through the valve and mixed with air, coffee forms a velvety cream and incredibly persistent, able to remain for more than 15 minutes.
